Redesign of the Zalando shop
Coming from an outdated functional web shop, Zalando set the goal to create a modern online shopping experience based on the existing technical framework. That gave us designers the opportunity to dive into typography, iconography, styling, layout and animations to create a new style guide where those little things could make the big difference.
We as a team of 4-6 interdisciplinary designers immersed into intense workshops and developed a shared style guide document that was applied to the entire platform with all its different requirements and shareholders.
Next to the main UI design it was my responsibility to redesign the catalog pages will at its details such as the menu, filter functionality, header layouts, product cards and labels.
